Notre cerveau contient environ 90 milliards de neurones. Afin de les protéger il existe un mécanisme normal et naturel qui s’appelle l’OUBLI !

Pour mémoriser à long terme il faut “réviser” plusieurs fois en espaçant à chaque fois les révisions. Sur le graphique ci-dessous on remarque que sans révision les informations ne sont pas mémorisées (courbe rouge) alors qu’avec 4 reprises de plus en plus éloignées dans le temps un grand nombre d’informations est mémorisé.

Quelques conseils pour mémoriser : dire à voix haute, réaliser des cartes mentales et des fiches de mémorisation, réviser en allongeant le temps entre chaque révision, utiliser le logiciel Anki…

Il faut également éviter tout ce qui peut vous distraire : images, sons ou pensées parasites…
